Swiftalk.com is the official Swiftalk website. These terms explain the rules for using Swiftalk features and participating safely. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

Accounts and eligibility

Keep your account details accurate, protect your credentials, and do not share access in a way that compromises account security. You are responsible for activity taken through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.

Community conduct

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, or otherwise harmful content. Do not impersonate others, evade safety controls, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, spam users, or use the service to harass, threaten, or exploit anyone.

Your content

You remain responsible for content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to post it and that it does not violate these terms or another person’s rights. Content visibility depends on the feature and settings you select; do not post sensitive information that you do not want others to see.

Safety and enforcement

Swiftalk may investigate reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate or required by law. We may act without prior notice where needed to protect people, the service, or an investigation.

Paid features

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds may be processed by an app store or payment provider. Prices, billing periods, cancellation, and refund eligibility are shown at checkout and are subject to the relevant provider’s rules and applicable law.

Service availability

We work to keep Swiftalk available and reliable, but features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable while we maintain, secure, or improve the service. We may update these terms when necessary; material changes will be communicated where required.
