Child Safety Standards

Swiftalk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSAM). Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to obtain or distribute such material is prohibited on every Swiftalk surface, including posts, Shorts, messages, servers, communities, profiles, and pets.

Reporting a concern

Use the report controls in the app on the relevant profile, post, Short, message, server, or community. Include the location of the content and any details that help our safety team investigate. If you cannot access the in-app report flow, email swiftalkfounder@outlook.com with the subject “Child safety report”.

Review and enforcement

Swiftalk reviews child-safety reports promptly, preserves relevant information where appropriate, and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and prevent re-uploads. We do not notify a reported user in a way that would compromise an investigation.

Cooperation with authorities

Swiftalk cooperates with relevant authorities and makes reports required by applicable law. In an emergency or where someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
